For three decades, Lakeshore has been rooted in a deep connection to the land. Drawing from the vitality of Taiwan’s terroir, we refine the morning table into a sensory journey that awakens body and mind—opening a dialogue between origin, chef, and traveler.
A hearty blend of Northeast Coast ribbonfish, pork belly, dried flatfish, and daikon, layered with rich savory flavors. Finished with crispy scorched rice for a toasty aroma and satisfying crunch—evoking the warmth and abundance of a traditional harvest feast.

A selection of sweet potato, pumpkin, glutinous corn, and seasonal greens, gently steamed to preserve their natural sweetness and nutrients. A simple, wholesome taste of nature’s bounty.

Grilled tender squid finished with a classic local smoked pork liver sauce, infused with Kavalan whisky, scallion, and a hint of lemon. Delicate smoky and citrus notes highlight the distinctive coastal flavors of Lanyang.
