｜Bathtub Renovation Work
Dates: August 18, 2025 – October 20, 2025
Time: Daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Scope: Renovation of bathtubs in selected guest rooms
Please note: Noise may occur during construction hours.
｜Exterior Wall Cleaning
Dates: September 28, 2025 – October 20, 2025
Time: Daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Scope: Exterior wall cleaning of the hotel building
Please be aware: Maintenance staff will be working at height outside the building. We kindly ask guests to close the curtains when using the hot spring bath for privacy.
｜B1F Gym Temporary Closure
To accommodate scheduled fire safety maintenance, the B1F gym will be temporarily closed during the following period:
Regular Open Hours: Daily 05:00 – 22:00
Closure Date: October 15, 2025
Closed Hours: 12:00 – 18:00
The gym will remain open during all other hours as usual.
