1. Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore ———

(1) Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time is before 11:00.

(2) To support sustainability, we do not provide single-use packaged toiletries or personal care items in guest rooms.

(3) We have replaced disposable bottled water with eco-friendly water bottles and a bamboo charcoal water filtration system. Please feel free to use the in-room carafe to refill water from dispensers located on each floor. (The water carafe is for in-room use only and should not be taken away)

2. Facilities and Parking Services ———

• • B1–B2F basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
  • Clearance height for basement entrance: 2.2 meters. Some mechanical parking spots are limited to 1.8 meters. Please ensure your vehicle meets height requirements.
  • Accessible parking space: B1 – Spot No. 169
  • Noodoe EV Chargers: Please bring your own J1772 adapter and complete payment online. Once charging is complete, kindly move your vehicle to a regular parking spot for the convenience of others.

3. In-House Facilities & Services ———

(1) Guest Breakfast: Available from 06:30 to 13:30 at Chao Qing Dining Room on the 1st floor. <Peak hours: 10:00–12:00>

(2) Golden Twin Springs: Experience world-class dual thermal waters—our gold-toned hot springs rival Japan’s Arima Onsen, and we offer one of the world’s rare carbonate cold springs.
Note: The spring water is rich in iron, giving it a golden hue and natural mineral scent. You may notice “onsen flowers” (oil-like films) due to oxidation—this is a normal phenomenon. We recommend avoiding light-colored clothing or swimwear when bathing.

• Accessibility Services: Wheelchair-accessible shower chairs are available in limited quantity. Please contact us in advance or connect via our Line Assistant to reserve.
• Family-Friendly Services: We offer baby cribs, bed guards, bottle sterilizers, and baby bathtubs. Quantities are limited—please reserve in advance.

4. Special Notices ———

(1) No Pets Policy：To maintain the quality of our accommodations, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
(2) To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area (in front of the hotel entrance), all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms, balconies, or bathrooms.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
