(3) We have replaced disposable bottled water with eco-friendly water bottles and a bamboo charcoal water filtration system. Please feel free to use the in-room carafe to refill water from dispensers located on each floor. (The water carafe is for in-room use only and should not be taken away)

(2) Golden Twin Springs: Experience world-class dual thermal waters—our gold-toned hot springs rival Japan’s Arima Onsen, and we offer one of the world’s rare carbonate cold springs.
Note: The spring water is rich in iron, giving it a golden hue and natural mineral scent. You may notice “onsen flowers” (oil-like films) due to oxidation—this is a normal phenomenon. We recommend avoiding light-colored clothing or swimwear when bathing.

(2) To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area (in front of the hotel entrance), all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms, balconies, or bathrooms.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
